400+whp vs. Ottp stage 1 axles

First thing i wanna say is i am fully aware im pushing these past the limit which is rated @ 325whp iirc. And lets just say for the price i wanted to test em out.

They lasted about 10k, never gave me a single problem till today

I launched @ 5000rpm on the WOTBOX and everything was fine as usual... until i grabbed second using NLS (which i dont usually ever do, for the tranny sake)

Then this

+

caused this

Now whats odd, is i happened to have a stock axle in the other side. When i changed my cp's for the new turbo, it rubbed a hole in one of the boot on my OTTP axle so i had to throw a stocker on the pass side. The OTTP stage 1 broke which was on the driver side.

So now im back to 2 stock axles

ttr stop, remember me launchin at 5k is like you launching at 2.5k i dont make any power till 4k so i have to launch at 5-5.5k and ride the clutch like a bucking bronco lol

good to know that the OTTP stg 1 axles can handle the power until you go nucking futs with them.

and x2 on what tires were you running?

well im somewhere around 400whp maf is in the 43-44lbs/min and inj are at 120 % IDC so ive gotta be there. the turbo really really really woke up past 20psi i never had it past 17-18psi cause i was still trying to put a solid 5k mi on the new motor, which i did. well then i got my 38mm wastegate recirc and its causing some major boost creep so i cant avoid running less then 20-23psi up top. so i just dumped in a bunch of fuel until i can go brfps and twnchd.

im running 13-15* timing @ 11.5-11.2 afr on 91oct with 2 gal of 100 mixed in.

KDW II are street tires.

i figured someone had to have breakin a cpl cause how they know there good to 325whp

is it more common for the drivers side to break? there equal length and i dont have lsd so its kinda a crap shoot i guess lol.
