FYI, I'm sending my clutch back to TAG in the next few days. I've tried installing it twice but it still won't work. Maybe I got a bad one, who knows. Anyhow, they sent me a spacer to make it compatible with my Fidanza flywheel but it will not disengage even with the spacer. The slave cylinder is rubbing on the clutch disc and pressing it aganist the flywheel. Good luck to everyone else, I'm going with either an Exedy or a Spec. Not fully sure yet....

Sorry to hear that you are having the problems. But before you go through all of the trouble of sending it back, why don't you just give Mel a call and see if he can help you out with it. You could be installing it incorrectly. I do know that you have to slightly bend the steel hydraulic line going to the slave cylinder slightly in order to keep it from rubbing the pressure plate. Being as that your fidanza flywheel sticks out farther than the factory one, you probably have to bend it some more.

Later,
Vince.

My slave cylinder was rubbing on the clutch plate itself causing it to stick to the flywheel. The clutch would not disengage even with the pedal to the floor. Mel couldn't figure it out, Bully's engineers couldn't figure it out. They sent me a part that was supposed top fix it, but all it did was cost me more money for installation. Now out it comes and the new clutch is supposed to arrive today from another company. Then it's off to the great white north for the clutch and we'll figure out how we're going to settle the $1200 in labor plus the cost of parts that I'm out from this fiasco.
