Question Auto To Standard Tranny

I have a automatic 2.2 and I was wondering ho much of a hassle and how much money it would take to switch to a manual tranny...would the dealer do it? Would it cost more? Is it a bad idea? Any help is appreciated, Gracias

its cheaper to trade in your car for the same car with a manual tranny than it is to swap them

You find something like this in the future and do the work yourself.

http://www.ecoastauto.com/vehicle_de...398/stock8.htm

Then you have all the parts you need to complete the job.

Short Parts List:

Transmission
Clutch
Flywheel
Starter
Wire Harness
Front Trans Mount
Clutch Pedal Assembly (Under Dash)
Master Clutch Cyclinder
Fluid Resivoir for Manual
Misc nuts and bolts to do the job
