Axle breaking?

So I keep hearing about cobalts breaking their axles all the time. I figure might as well get information before if I happen to break an axle. Are there any "upgrade" axles for the 2.4 automatics? I looked on ttr and zzp and the only ones were for manuals. I know there are basically no engine mounts and tranny mounts so not sure what to do with all of that good stuff. (only engine mount has been on ttr which i was surprised to see) Well yeah I wanna go to the drag strip sometime this winter but dont want to be worried about my axles n crap. Thanks

I havent seen any trans mounts at all which is pretty annoying. No love for the automatic 2.4s :/ Hope that changes though cuz im planning a serious build for this after i graduate.

Turbo Tech Racing Solid Upper Engine Mount Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2/2.4L HHR 2.0/2.2/2.4L Auto Trans - Drivetrain

Both local 2.4 boosted cars (TVS/auto on one and ZZP turbo setup/manual on the other) haven't had any axle/drivetrain issues.

Nobody makes mounts or axles for the autos. You should probably be ok unless you go crazy with the launches and such.

We have both the upper mount and trans bushings for the 2.2/2.4L autos:

Upper:
Turbo Tech Racing Solid Upper Engine Mount Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2/2.4L HHR 2.0/2.2/2.4L Auto Trans

Trans:
Turbo Tech Racing Transmission Race Mounts (Set of 2) Chevrolet Cobalt 2005-10 2.2/2.4L

We are the only company to offer products for the auto trans (as far as mounts)

By mounts I meant that no one made rotated trans mounts for the auto. I hadn't forgotten about your bushings but that's not what he asked about lol

That is becuase the cobalt was based around the auto tranny during the initial design, and the axles are stated to be aligned from the factory... No need for them for the auto... Prior threads years ago stated this.

I know I changed the mounts on the manual car, I don't recall what mounts are on the auto one, it's been so long since I did the engine swap.
