My cobalt 2006 ls will shift into 1st 2nd 5th and R but when i putt it in 3rd or 4th and let off the clutch it sounds like its grinding and will reject and go into neutral anyone had this problem and know how to fix it

 

i believe that would be your synconizers

 

or do you think it would be the 3rd 4th trans fork ??
