I just replaced the passenger side axle seal, and now I can not seem to get the cv axle to snap all the way down in place and lock on the C Clip. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestion about getting the axle far enough on to the axle stub to lock in.

Also, I put the axle seal flush with the outside of the seal housing, do I need to insert that a little further?

Lol, its driving me a little crazy, earlier today I inserted the cv axle onto the axle stub, without the seal in place, and was able to get the axle to lock with the c clip inside, however, now, with the seal in place, I can not get the axle to lock onto the axle stub
