B&M shift plus

SS needs warrenty work at dealer. Question is, remove the unit or just shut it off. The whole installation is well hidden, they would have to be looking for it to find it under dash. Just don`t want any warrenty issues popping up because of it. What you think?

Left mine on when my car went in for work, they didn't mention anything or touch it. Work was for abs/traction stuff (apparently the wires got shredded apart somehow and some sensors failed).
