car shifts hard at time then is smooth as butter.

I'm at 70,000 miles and second gear goes. So I buy a used MU3 without limited slip from a 2006 with 8800 miles. Y not get a clutch and flywheel at the same time. So I went to ZZP and got the ZZP stage 2 clutch with the GM upgraded throw out bearing/and Fidanza aluminum flywheel. I had my work put everything in all is well. Now here is the prob. First the clutch petal goes almost to the floor before it engages, then other times it will engage sooner? Now for the the shifting, most of the time I can get into all of the gears like butter. Then out of nowhere its like I have to break my shifter off to get in gear any gear. or its really hard to get it out of gear to get to the next. Worst is reverse it will grind going in or just be really hard to get in. Then 5 min later its smooth again. My work is telling me all they can do is bleed the clutch lines again. Any help wold be great thanks.
