clutch help

ok guys i have a huge problem....my clutch is going out severly and i already have the parts however cannot afford the 700 in labor... does anyone know how difficult it would be to do this myself if i had a shop but no lift... please help

it is doable without a lift but a lift helps a lot. if you wanna look at al that entails here is the build book for the lsj clutch...you want chapter 5 just hit download and if you have adobe reader it will open up after it loads
