Clutch install time
If this is your first time... I'd say 10 hours minimum. It can be done in less, if you are good and have a friend or two to help out.
Do you know what you are doing? I have a step-by-step guide on how to change it.

I have the the ecotec book and i have done some clutch's before but im looking at having my mechanic do it. his book for timelines dont have the car in it. i figured like 5 hours for it sound about right?
Step by step guide on how to do it? How? Like book form or can you e-mail it to me? lol I'm no wheres near needing to change mine, i just wouldn't mind looking it over several times or even just having it for later usage.

That is the part that has the clutch swap and the 300hp engine build in it.

It can be done faster than that... but if he's never done one, I'd aim high, just in case.
