well...sad ot say my clutch seems shot...its slippin...like i am in third and put it to the floor and the engine just revs to about 6K never grabbin the gear....im at leats hoping its just the clutch any help?

sounds like a clutch to me man... that sucks... how many miles and are u hard on ur car lol.
