Cosmo Short Throw shifter Question

Wat does this blue thing go to that came with it...its like a long blue block and im lost

i put this **** all back together and it wont go in reverse so id imagine this peice is important

That + the c-clip replace the plastic pin you remove while taking the shifter apart. It holds the plastic lever thing on the side in place.
It sounds to me like you need to adjust the linkage.

ok i figured it out...thnx...now its all together shifts fine(linkage was off)...but now it clicks...its the big white peice that the blue peice goes into thats clicking..i saw in the tmw instructions it said to cut....did i need to cut the parts off?

No cutting needed. put the little white cup thing on the small ball to the side of the shifter. (I guessing you missed that)

no i put it back on....i put everything back together correctly...the cup on the big ball and the little on on the little ball...the blue peice is in....idk ill have to pull it all apart again and see whats wrong
