Couple clutch questions

I have a 2004 cavalier, and my clutch fluid has started leaking on the ground, and I have no pressure on my clutch pedal.

I have narrowed it down to being either

A) HOPEFULLY just a line going from the reservoir to the master cylinder or from the master to the slave.

or

B) My Master/Slave cylinders are shot.

So here are my questions,

How can I tell if the master or the slave are shot? How do I know if one or the other are fine ya know?

I am not gonna do anything to my car, I don't think, but like the last guy, I don't want to spend money on stock parts.

What clutch would be the best for me?
Exedy?
Spec?
Stage 1?
Stage 2?

thanks.

id venture a guess at slave, its a common failure. look under the car were the tranny bolts to the engine, if there is brake fluid on the bottom, the slave is leaking. look inside the car under the dash at werre the rod hooks to the clutchpedal and follow the rod to the firewall, if there is brake fluid there the master is bad. finally trace the line from the master cyl to the tranny, see if its leaking anywere.
