Dist. block/bleeder valve problem

Dist. block/bleeder valve problem
Having a problem with getting the little block with the bleeder to seal to the clutch pipe, would you get away with just replacing the o-ring, i tried flipping the o-ring and it sealed a bit better but steal not completely cant get any pressure built up.

dont have a vacuum pump, just trying to get it to bleed old school... tried opening the bleeder and just covering it with my finger but no way will it build any pressure or push any fluid out, however when i pull the flexhose off and get someone to pump solid fluid and lots of pressure at the end of it, just that stupid block that seems to be the problem

i did the clutch yes at home, have read on here of other people bleeding them fine that way, but i can borrow a vacuum bleeder from work tonight and give it a try, however im still sure that somethings not right at the block wether it is that seal or not

No prob, just curious if you replaced the slave cyl/throw out bearing while you were in there.
I had my clutch done a month ago but still vac bled it a few days after I got it home to get a few more bubbles out. If it holds vac, then you know the seal is ok that's all.
If you want to vac bleed it, pump the clutch a bunch of times to free up the air, then hold vac for a minute until it stops bubbling, remove the vac, pump it, repeat until satisfied. Don't pump the clutch with the vac pump on it. Also note, you will have to apply the brakes once or twice to get them back after vac is applied. It's a common system. First time I did it I almost backed into some stuff before I realized what happened to the brakes.

Tried the vacuum bleeder still no luck, getting a new piece of line that has the cap and seal on it from the dealer, 3-5 days for a 5$ part to get shipped here

so got a new seal and plastic on it, but now having trouble getting the elbow to go on all the way... holding some pressure but it keeps popping off when it gets a bit of pressure built up, any tips?

tried both pushing it on and then putting the clip in, and tried pushing it on with the clip already in it
lol problem finally solved, the line was slighty bent coming out of the transmission, wouldnt let the block sit in properly, getting the tourque for the axle nuts then going for a test drive with the new clutch
