Drivetran clunking noise..
I was getting a heavy clunky noise on rough roads and under acceleration. I jacked up the car and it's coming from the diffrential, right where the left CV axle and intermediate shaft meet. I figure it might be the CV, got new ones. But after pulling the driver side CV the noise still happen when I rotated the intermediate, so I pulled that off as well and the noise is coming from the teeth in the differential that the axles bite to. I could touch them with my fingers and the teeth seemed extremely loose and clunky. Has anyone had this issue or knows exactly what I need to look at replacing?

The diff always makes noise, are you sure that's the actual noise you're hearing? If there's play inside the trans you need to change the transmission, there's no real other fix.
I'd bet if you're getting noises over bumps it's probably suspension related, like strut mounts or lower control arm bushings.
