Escapeing the "clutch"es of the evil

Good day,
Today I did a WOT run from 20mph to 70mph in 2nd gear. 2000 rpm - 7000 rpm.
I then shifted into 5th gear no problem....
Then I Went to shfit fo 4th to slow down, and the clutch was VERY hard to push,
and it would not go into 4th gear until I pumped the clutch and it went back to "normal".

Ive had this problem before, but never to the point of not being able to shift....
Anytime I rev over 5500 rpm or so, the clutch becomes very stiff. Also the engagement or bite point moves from the top of the clutch to the floor.

Now, here is an odd thing...
One day at work in the parking lot before work, a guy and I were sitting side by side in our cars revving our engines.
I reved to 6k and let off... These were neutral revs....
Then, 9 hours later, after work.... when I went to start my car
my clutch pedal was STIFF.... And I work 2nd shift, so its 1030 at night, so its not been sitting in the sun much.

Anyways, I did some searching on here, found lots of other forums about similar issues. Some say it's the crappy Throw Out Bearing (TOB) others have said to bleed the air from the system...

Also: No Clutch Slippage, and Fluid Level is okay. Its not topped off though, because I don't want it to over flow when I do my brakes and push the fluid back to the master from the brakes.

I created this new thread, because I did not want to make zombie threads.
