Want a number to call? I have a hot line number that will call the dealership and set them straight. Worked good for me. The number I have actually have people who care about getting your car fixed unlike some dealerships in Michigan I know

Either way, they should pay your car payment this month since you don't have this car....

Update on mine too- they're "waiting on a shift cable" that the guy tells me should have arrived two weeks ago. Does that number work for New Mexico too or is it a local gig?

Well they've had mine for a little over a month and a half already- so yeah, that's sounding about right. I'm guessing your guys are waiting on a shift cable, cause that's what my guys are waiting on-- they tell me it should have been here two weeks ago. apparently GM is having some trouble with the manufacturer/shipping.

WOW! Man that sucks ass. In 2004 my mom bout a 2004 Chevy tracker LT Z72? I think. And she had the thing for about 3 months (never beat on it) and one day on the way home from work the oil light comes on and the thing shut off. She called and had it towed to the dealer. Took them 4 months to replace the motor!!!!! The oil pump failed and the motor blew. But on the pluse side the loan was thou GM and they made the payment on the car for the whole time it was down. Pluse they gave her another tracker as a loner the whole time it was down to. I guess wether or not you get good service is all in you skilles at B!&ching.

Hope every thing works out for you guys.

Later

My transmission is starting to have a little trouble when it comes to getting into gear, mainly first and second, should I take it in to get it looked at?

jesus, they should just eat the car then. What a load of BS. I take it the number just blew you off? Sorry I can't be more of help? You would think that with this car being mass produced that they couldn't just yank one off the assembly line and have one be installed in your car.

I would totally be up in someones face about this. I know it's not all the dealers fault but wow that just sucks big time. They going to give you a different vehicle besides a truck? That can't be good on your wallet...
