Flywheel bolts question

torque specs are 25ft/lbs + 1/4 turn (so like 39ft/lbs).

My question is, I have heard they are one time use, torque to yield, and I have heard to just reuse them but not more that once. Just a dab a blue loctite and 39ft/lbs.

Should I reuse mine or replace them when we do my clutch?
New set up is OEM GM flywheel and GMPP clutch kit.

Tighten the bolts to 53 Nˇm (39 lb ft), plus 25 degrees

If I were you, I'd get new bolts. the few bucks for new bolts could be the difference between a bolt not torquing properly and breaking something. If they werent torque to yield bolts, it would be a different story.

Thank you.

Ill disregard the idiot at the dealership that told me to reuse them with loctite then.
Bought new ones from ZZP just now.
