Flywheel questions LNF vs LSJ

1) what's the difference between LSJ and LNF Flywheels? I know LNF costs 3X as much!
2) can you swap an LSJ flywheel into an LNF clutch KIT (PP/disc and TOB)?
BTW.. I see ZZP sells the LSJ and LNF flywheels for the same $$??? Looks like they're the same??

i know that the lsj upgraded clutch is just the lnf stocker..so that tells me they can be swapped. as far as it being the same flywheel or not i cant tell you.

I have a used LNF flywheel, clutch disc, tob and PP in my LSJ. i bought it instead of the gmpp like said ^ its the same ****.

But do not use a lsj tob with lnf. it will not nls right and the lnf tob is far superior than the lsj.

LSJ flywheel is much lighter ronn, LNF is ~45 lbs. I have a slightly surface rusted LNF flywheel in the attic if anyone needs one. Used LNF clutch & slave also with ~20k miles on it.

Not sure, maybe around 20 lbs for the LSJ? Just a guess. Hopefully someone knows.

If I remember right, the LSJ GMPP clutch is an LNF pressure plate with an F40 disc, not an LNF setup.

Ok..so that's it...the weight difference. I assume they're the same size though.

Thanks.

Engine load = turbo boost. The higher load of the LNF flywheel increases combustion pressure, thereby increasing exhaust pressure and turbo spool

You might be thinking of a SPEC PP on the stock FW, the dowel holes have to be bored out to 12mm on the stock FW.
