Front Left Wheel make strange noise??

Hey all,

I've noticed that about a week or two after I put my intake in, which was about 3 months ago, my left front wheel or something coming from there makes a strange noise when I hit a bump or crack in the ground. It's not the regular noise of the tire when you hit a bump, theres a sound that's like if something is somewhat loose and it's something light that sounds like it hits something... err hard to explain... I did go to my GM Dealer to get repairs and told him my supercharger and front left tire makes weird sounds. He told me they checked it and it was ok, they even had to take out the front left tire to change my rotors. So I dont know what it is, but it's been running fine, just annoys me because I think it might be a problem.... Any ideas?

Thanks guys and gals!!

They probly didn't and won't check the aftermarket intake but from what your saying I'd check and see if its not loose. beyond that IDK man.

Yeah even though everything is tight, our motors move a lot and in the long run the intake is connected to the motor so things will come loose. Plus the air filter is so close to the body that it might be hitting the front left body panel from time to time. Mine does.

Check out your wheelwell plastic I might have popped out in the back out the tire.

Its not very noticable but it will make kind of a cracking sound when you hit a bump.

I just noticed last night while driving and listening to some music that the sound I hear is exactly like when you hit your knuckle or index finder on the steering wheel! I don't think it's the wheel well, I'm leaning to the intake... I'll take a look this weekend while I put my winter's on.
