Gear Oil....
idk why this is crossing my mind so early but i jus recently thought about havin my gear oil changed out, idk maybe due to the fact that my car has had the ever lovin **** beat out of it during all the tuning (which is still going) and all that, and another reason is jus that i like to keep all the fluids in my baby fresh no matter what. so, any suggestions for gear oil? pros & cons of swapping it out at 20,000 miles? i need to hear some opinions, but basicly i jus need to know what the best is for doin this.

It never hurts to change the fluid. In fact, if you drive the car hard, I'd reccommend changing it.
However, the F35 in the SS TC uses special fluid, unlike the SS S/C. Its a special fluid called Castrol Burmah BOT 0063. I've never seen it available from the aftermarket, so you're best bet is to just get it from the dealer.
Some people have also had good luck with Redline Synthetic 75W-90 NS GL5 fluid. The "NS" designation means it doesn't have the limited slip additive, which is not good for synchros.

Good to know. From what I read though, the SC and TC still use different fluid types.
