getrag f23 rebuild guide

I was just wondering if any one here knows where to get a full rebuild guid for the f23, i have searched but all i can find is specs, and i cant find any part numbers, the reason i'm asking is bc i have a f23 sitting in my garage and i would like to rebuild it and sell it or use it maby lol idk, but thanks in advanced and its a 07 f23 if that makes a diff

whats wrong with it??? if there is anothing more than a slight grind your going to put more in parts into it than you will sell it for.

3rd and 4th gear syncronizer is toast just prob just need some gaskets and the syncro but i want to check all the gears and make sure every thing is done right, and i might have a idea or 2 david, just gotta get some info to know more about what i'm doing.

if its grinding in 3rd and 4th, suspect the syncronizer assembly ( 3/4 hub, sleeve and blocking rings), and have a good look at the 3/4 shift fork, look for any signs of wear.

aside from that, you will need a seal kit (axle seals and the front cover), everything else is siliconed together.

the best thing i can suggest is to go to www.alldatadiy.com and get a subscription. iirc, for $20 you can look up one vehicle and have access to it for an entire year. this is the same thing i have access to at my shop, although we have pro and can look up as much of any vehicle.
