Hard acceleration= Zig-Zag

I am trying to put together a list of parts to eliminate the zig-zag torque steer our SS/TC's have under hard acceleration - so my question is : Would the Powell LCAB's, Powell Rotated Trans Mounts, and hard core bar get rid of most of it??? I know that we can't totally eliminate it but I would like it to be more manageable.

Really? You're having issues with the torque steer of an SS/TC? I don't even notice it, even when my car pulls hard. Buy a car with less torque.

Also, torque steer does not "Zig-Zag" it pulls one way. It is you that is causing the "Zig-Zag".

When i got the Stage 1 w/ the stock Contis, my limited slip would kick in on WOT 2nd gear runs and I would get exactly this zig zag scenario.

Now, with the Goodyear GT's, no problem as I get more traction.

As far as the OP's post - no clue on how to solve it. Wrong wheel drive for the lose ...

Oh, well.

i have stance coils, powell cab's, powell mounts and my car is still all over the road in 3rd gear under power. it's an open diff trans and you have to fight it just to stay in your lane

WOW - so it looks like what I listed isn't going to do the trick.

Thanks Britt, - I am currently running the Extreme Contact DW's so traction is there it's just overshadowed by the Tq Steer!!!

YYZ help by making the rear stiffer under load, so the car does not lift as much at the front, therefore less torque steer. I was not expecting that result, but it proved out in testing.

Woot, I'm on a 2.7. Get stomped BIYATCH!. ROFL

Torque steer is 1/2 the fun so enjoy it.

Also to whoever said Eagle GT's were a good tire. You're a ******* idiot. It's the worst and nearly cheapest tire on the market. So many better tires, **** some for cheaper.

Would that be similar to putting in drag bags or something???

Torque steer on a stock lnf is almost unnoticeable. You need to man up.

on my 20 psi tune it barely torque steers and only usually on shitty roads or if I turn the wheel.

It is when you go from a base model I was like damn i cant keep the wheel straight. Now that I'm use to it I don't notice it all unless I'm on a fubar road.
