Help..Wont go into gear

Help..Wont go into gear

got a 06 ss sc juss put an exedy clutch in and it wont go into gear when on unless you rev it up a lil bit im thinking i need to vac bleed it but not sure ....also wont go in reverse unless i cut the car off and crank it with it in reverse someone please help

Sounds like it's dragging a bit.

Hopefully you replaced the slave cyl when you were in there with an upgraded one. (LNF) Vacuum bleed it 3 or 4 times.

Pump the pedal 10 times, vac bleed it, slowly release the vacuum, pump it several times again, apply vac, ect. Repeat until satisfied.

look into your roll pin
or have it into a shop and see what they say
i am currently having the exact problem and it is my slave cylinder and my shift fork.
thats my advice to you

yeah i tried bleeding it even said F... the roll pin and put a hex bolt through it with a nut tried bleeding the thing ....eventually gave up and took it to the shop i should be getting it back today hope u find out the problem ...yeah my kit came with new slave

could be linkage or clutch rod that was myproblems

the whole problem is the throw out bearing. with dot 3 brake fluid. change ur throw out bearing and upgrade to dot 4 or 5. tthe dot 3 is boiling and killen u. ive gone through too many of these and have it figured out now.
