well I have the IPOD sweater on it now and it's a huge difference.... so there is NO NEED to (as you would say) "sac up and deal w/ it"

but, thanks for the encouragement!

I bought a small piece of fabric and zip tied it on. It stays at a good temperature and is comfy on my hand. Fabric cost me $0.37 from michaels, well worth it if I do say so myself

that's a smart solution!

I just found colored IPOD sweaters... I think I'm getting the Orange one's $5.95 for a pair... and zip tie it on

lol i think u mis read it ... new born socks. as in 0-6month year old child. they are really tiny and look more like mittens so they fit over it perfectly.

as for the rubber im still looking into it but im going to try hobby lobby. they have everything. and as for applying it to the sock, ill probably use a thin coat of super glue, or possibly sew it at the ends

i got the b&M as well but with the stock shiftknob on there..the stocker is heavyier than the b&M so shifts feel more accurate and faster

yes I mis-read....DUH! I was looking at new born socks yesterday...I hate the color selection
super glue...hmmmm, then you cant wash them.... I know your solution works, I'd just have to find a nice pair...
DO THEY FIT NICE AND SNUG?

Yes, I'm going to Hobby Lobby today too, I think they have thin sheet rubber and see what I come up with!

So far I'm liking my IPOD sock more and more

very interesting find .... I guess the scope one might work.... I'm am not going to wire anything to my shifter.... I'd be too afraid that the wire would get caught up in the linkage during an important shift
let me know if you persue this... I'd love to see what you come up with.... maybe others would buy the set-up from you
