hurst shifter thread?
im not feeling the knob that hurst provides with their short shifter and i was wondering if anyone knew what the thread was for the cobalt short shifter :P i need a mroe comfy knob *coghpistolgripcough*

I like my Hurst Knob...but thats just me lol..but I also would like to know the thread size as I would like one for winter..as the knob gets freezing lol

thread size is 3/8 - 24 but if you take off your stock hurst knob you'll see a huge recess for the reverse lock. Try finding a knob with that kind of recess. I've tried.

my reverse lockout doesn`t really work anyways, not really sure why. i mostly want to know not for fitment but for whenéif i want to machine a custom pistol grip out of alum.

It doesn't matter if your reverse lockout works or not the knob will still have to be recessed to fit the mechanism for the reverse lockout.

Also if you want your lockout to work then adjust your shifter cables
