Hey guys had my burst short throw on for about 6 or 7 months now which I bought off another member on here. But just recently like past few weeks the entire shaft of the shifter has sparted spinning when you shift it and can spin the entire 360 degrees around. Very irritated. I pulled it out to look for a locking ring or bolt but couldn't find anything and haven't read anything about this from what I've searched. Is there a way to correct it or is it time for a new shifter???

Was just looking at them but it doesnt even come with a cable. Clamp or shift boot and already just the shifter is pricey as hell

 

have you taken it off because the ball and shaft r two pieces held together with a bolt or screw put some lock tight on it and u should be good to god had the same issue with mine
