So I scored a LSD tranny last night for $1055 shipped to my door, and it only has 2000 miles on it! Today I ordered my Exedy Clutch kit, and soon will be the Driveshaft Shop axles as well. Then I will be broke off my ass, but the car will run great and be beefier this time around!

 

YOU son of bitch.... what was broken on your tranny... and would you sell it?

I"m looking for spares and right now I have one with a blown dif and cracked case.. but gears and everything else are fine...

 

i have an extra live diff (with less than 2K mi on it), btw...if anyone needs it.

I just stumbled across it luckily! I still haven't removed mine, but the only thing wrond with it is 3rd gear broke. 1,2,4,5 still work great. socalsilverRL has first dibs on the LSD from the tranny once it's removed, but you can have dibs on the rest of it afterwards if you want. The case and all that should still be fine.

 

Bump for an update! Tranny is enroute and should be here early this week. Exedy clutch kit will hopefully be in later this week. I scored a new slave cylinder from the Saturn dealership since they are on nationwide backorder, and I scored the Driveshaft Shop axles for $550 shipped and those should be here this week as well! Total cost this week for money spent, TOO DAMN MUCH! Not breaking **** anytime too soon = PRICELESS!

$3K is my ceiling for power mods on this car (notice i didnt say trans, body, or audio...)

She damn better pull hard and strong, and she also better not break for awhile as well! I'm tired of fixing her. I just want a couple months trouble free running! The last bout lasted just shy of 1 months worth of driving before she broke!
