So I posted yesterday to help me figure out what clutch would be best for me... No that i have narrowed it down to the exedy or spec stage 1 or 2 I kinda need to know whats all involved in changing the clutch.

Here is what I know. I need to change the clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing. I'm sure once I get under the car and start taking the old clutch out I'll pretty much understand what I'm doing, but if anyone has changed out thier clutch and would like to give a bit of info that would be great.

 

it's not as simple as "take the old one out, put the new one in". there's a how to posted. it's not a beginners job, and expect to take a full day or more for a first timer.

I have a lift. I have all the tools, that I should need and I have the time to do it, and a few friends to help... I should be good... my next purchase after the clutch is the haynes manual, just as a little more help...

 

uhh slave cylinder would be good lol... anyone else?
