can someone please draw me a diagram how to setup up my h/e with a option b without a dual pass pleasseeee

Reason why I'm asking is because I'm gettting bubbles from my tank and it's been installed for a month now and I took off the out hose for the endplate and my flow is barely anything and my iat2s after a 2nd gear pull is 170 , I took off the pump and tested it in a sink and it's flowing strong pressure but when it's on the car and u nudge it a little you hear the pump motor slow down. But when I don't install the extra h/e my iat2s are normal, I also checked for air
Pockets in lines but nothing there, is my pump on it's way to go? And also the brass fitting that's ontop of the stock h/e goes to my tank, shud I just plug the brass fitting ontop of the stock h/e and leave an open line that's ontop of my tank?( overflow line) , it's frustrating me like I want to buy a new h/e and pump.
