More in stock and shipping!

Mine lasted 3 months before it started making an annoying noise.
After taking it all apart I see the pressure plate was hitting the clutch in two little spots. Looks like there were a couple places that weren't filled down well. So not knowing what was going on in there for sure, I had to get a new clutch and everything... yay... Needless to say I didn't but, nor will I ever buy again, this clutch... Another expensive lesson. |
Not sure the situation, but if it was 90 days, it was still in warranty and would have been covered by KY performance.
More shipped out today. |
Right, cover the cost of taking the trans apart?
Shipping it back? Loaner ride while I wait for all this? Putting the trans back together? All just to do it all over again... Right. sounds like fun. Sign me right up... Also you guys sent me the wrong bolts on my rear brake lines. I've emailed you tried to contact you guys a couple times. No response at all... so... yeah. I'm done. Thanks... |

Also what is you email address you ordered under, I would like to look up your account for your orders. Thanks! Just looked for an account for you, we have no customer from Canada name Jay, and your email address is not in our system. Seems you must not have ordered our clutch kit. At any rate 2 more kits shipped out yesterday/Friday! |
Awesome ride you have there... I'd like to know more about it if you have anything on line. Sleepers are the only way to go.... (and make $$).

More questions about torque ratings. I burnt out a spec stage 2+ with 530 ft/lb to the wheels but its only rated for like 400 ft/lb max. Is there any way I could get away with the KY stage 3? I don't want the harshness of a 4 puck. I'm not even sure I want a 6 puck over a full face, but I need the extra strength for 4th gear.
Next question is about weight. How much does the KY stage 3 weight compared to stock. Ever since I've had the spec, it seems like the engine takes for ever to lose rotational speed. I plan on mating my next clutch to a Fidanza aluminum flywheel hoping it will help reduce unnecessary clutch wear during quick shifting this season. I know that a lot of high capacity clutches are heavier, particularly the pressure plate, to provide the extra clamping force. Just curious how much heavier than stock the KY stage 3 is than stock. Last question is about longevity. How many seasons are people generally getting off these clutches? 4 years seems to be the magic number for my current clutch but really only 2 at high load. Traffic defiantly had an impact on it as well. I'm really on the fence with the KY stage 3. I enjoyed my spec stage 2+ even though it started to chatter and make noise during engagement and I'm impressed it went as far as it did. I want something that is steerable and will not mind launching with boost and warm slicks on the other end of a pissed off transmission. Is the KY stage 3 for me? BTW this is going on an f23 cobalt lt. |

Yeah, it's your company. Emailed you. You told me to contact support. It's still in my email box here, and then the emails to support in my hotmail.

Funny thing is you have a 2.0L and we don't carry brake lines for a 2.0L, Nor have we ever had lines for a 2.0L, nor did you ever order anything from us other than a KY stage 3 kit.... Please post a copy of your invoice from these brake lines.... |

Please post a copy of your invoice from these brake lines.... You don't sell 2.0L brake lines, yet asked my what year my cobalt was. I told you 2008. You asked if my rear routers were vented or not. Plus it says in my signature I have a Cobalt SS, and on top of that it says in the Invoice that they are Cobalt SS brake lines. So how that hell did you sell me brake lines for a 2008 cobalt ss and think think that it wasn't a 2.0??? Front brake lines seem to work fine. Been on there for two years... Oh, but wait, you didn't sell me brake lines, as you say you only sold me a clutch, even through I have PM's from you, and email trail, and the invoice from you.... Seriously... Yet I know you will just keep trying to spin this even more.... So go ahead. Now what's the next excuse? Know you'll have another, cause clearly you couldn't have messed up. Even though you've put your foot in your mouth more than enough already. |

But you know... never happened...
Never got a response from three emails, and CC'd enough people and distribution lists. No response. Nothing in my junk mail... I gave up. Had other things going on, and was fed up. Anyway, yeah, haven't had great experiences the two times I've bought from you guys. Won't be doing it again obviously. Others can decide for themselves. This was my experience anyway. |

LOL. seems like an apology is in order from nutty
I clearly have made an ass of myself, and for that I am sorry. Clutch issue still stands, though I was under the impression this was the same company I got the brake lines from, clearly I was mistaken. Anyway. Sorry for my mistake. I'm going to go and crawl back under my rock now. Cheers, |
