LNF clutch install CM1, throwout bearing blewout

My Cobalt LNF is getting a clutchmasters stage 1 clutch, it came with OEM TOB. I am having the local chevy dealership do the install. They told me the new TOB had blown out & is leaking on or into the trans. Does anyone think there is a problem or just install another TOB, I just had a bad one?

They did resurface the OEM flywheel.

On replies back, assume I know nothing on what your talking about. I'll probably print this out & give it to the dealer.

So they put in your new TOB and it blew?

Clutch disc is ruined if brake fluid go on it.
They owe you a new TOB and install for it.
There things are not that hard to put in.

OR

They didnt put the clip all the seated on the distribution block, clutch pedal pressure made the line pop off, and fluid dumped all over inside the bell housing. This would almost definitely ruin the clutch and what better way to not have to pay for their mistake than saying it was the TOB you gave them that failed....

They put the 2nd TOB in, no problems after 20miles of driving.
Only problem is the clutch engages a lot closer to the bottom now. I guess I'll get use to it.
