my Official Review of the Bully Stage 4 Clutch.
my Official Review of the Bully Stage 4 Clutch.
Bully stage 4 6-puck Kevlar clutch
I posted 2 threads saying that it wasnt working... we reused the stock TOB, and it didnt work, so my trans guy was kind enough to do the WHOLE process again and use the Bully TOB. it had something to do with one TOB has a spacer, and one doesnt, so the clutch wouldnt disengage.
on with the Review.
As i picked up my car, the first thing i noticed is that the Clutch pedal felt a little bit firmer than stock. It is definatley daily drivable though.
The friction point is very low to the ground, just a few inches above the floor. For being a stage 4 clutch, one thing i noticed is that it is VERY smooth during the clutch engagement process. With a kevlar clutch, it has more "play" than a ceramic, so it isnt an On/Off switch. The car shifts (while daily driving it) like an automatic car, No jolting of the car whatsoever.
I have yet to go WOT and shift it fast, as i only have about 95 miles on this clutch. The instructions say to break it in for roughly 500 miles, so i will get back to you then after i do a few WOT shifts.
so far i give this clutch a 10/10.. no clutch chatter, and no weird noises
