New clutch master cylinder, blows clutch line off when trying to bleed?
I have a 2005 cobalt ss, all stock. New clutch, slave and TB. Lost clutch pedal about 500 miles after new clutch install. Just installed a new clutch master cylinder. I have vacuum bled it and still cant get any tyoe of pedal. When I manually bleed it, it develops a hard spot in the pedal and when I press it down it blows off the clutch line that is attached to the clutch master cylinder. And the clip is installed correctly i have already checked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe the clutch line itself is faulty, the clip is probably being installed correctly but the locking grooves the the clutch pipe itself are boogered. You can get a new clutch line off of zzp performance website
