No Lift Shift question

i been trying to do this NLS at about 5500 RPM and when try to complete the NLS the motor just bangs off the rev limiter almost as soon as i get the clutch to the floor. isn't the computer suppose to hold the rpms for you? i dont understand it i have the car in comp mode . could somebody please explain to me how to do the NLS the correct way?

I honestly can only do it from 3-4. Other than that its worthless for me. 3-4 though, is flawless and makes a difference and just continues to make power.

don't forget the tach is usually a few hundred RPMs by the time you get up to that RPM range. It's lags a bit.

^^ I asked if you were tuned because this effect is much greater when tuned. I nls when I see the tach just about to hit 6K so like 5900
