Notchy feel to new 4.05 f35 lsd

So I drive a 08 lnf. I never had a notchy shifting feel until I swapped transmissions. Is this just how it is? Is it the gearing? I've adjusted the cable clamp numerous times. The fluid is oem & new. It's not like terrible just not as fluid as the 3.85 f35. I've done a little digging in here & it seems that there isn't a fix. I've thought about changing fluid to redline but don't like going outside of spec. Any ideas? T.I.A.
when I first get in the car though I get a tiny squeel in the first pump of the clutch pedal. Gonna try & bleed it to see if it fixes the notching feel
