POS Clutch = Pissed father

Yesterday i let my dad drive my car bc i told him about the clutch slipping going into 2nd gear...of course the clutch slipped horribly the only 2 times he tried. now hes incredibly pissed off bc he seems to think its bc of me giving my car hell but its really not. anyone know of a thread that explains how the clutches arent good in these cars that i could show him?

i cant find any.... but it doesnt make a difference, GM wont fix it, because its been labled as a re-occuring problem but only due to abuse and constant WOT situations

I never shift below 2750, usually right at or around 3000-3250... and I have only had a problem once... and that was when my timing was screwed up and I floored the gas just before I let the clutch out (WHOOPS!). I don't know what I was thinking (Beer & P*ssy probably)

dude you drove it like that for like 30 miles and said **** it this **** don't work! try it for a week and see if it gets better. if the clutch is glazed it's gonna take more than 30 miles to get that off of there.
