so i have a issue. I have took my car in twice for the power steering motor special. Once i did it and it failed before i even left the parking lot. went to a different dealer and they fixed it. it worked for about 2 months. However it has been making a clicking noise that has turned into a loud banging noise while turning at a slow speed. Now on Saturday while turning in front of a dump truck my steering makes this loud bang , now i have no steering i can turn my wheel however many times i want no change in tire position. dealer said its the rack . and that its almost 1000.00 to have fixed. problem 04 88k miles.
