I more or less pop the clutch every shift. I have 40K on my car and my clutch doesn't slip on bit.

Um, youre not SUPPOSED to shift when the wheels are broken loose. This is one of the exact behaviors that kills F35s

im just sayin if the fronts are still doin there slip grab slip grab stuff that 1st gear often does when you launch a lil too hard, im gonna shift when its about to redline. im pretty sure this isnt gonna kill it.

I personally thi nk the stock friction material is good. I also believe the pressure plate and lazy a$$ hyd. throw out suck causes the slippage.

U have to look at your speed not rpms. Even though the rpms are maxxed if you're spinning you're most likely not really at the top of the gear

isnt it bad to hold it at redline even if you not at what would be the max speed for that gear? ...i would think u would still wanna shift even if your not up to that speed.

you should be letting off the gas to shift into 2nd any way ..your not a T/c with the no-lift shift .....

the point is you don't want to be spinning, and if you're not spinning you won't have that issue.
