To Pulstar spark plug or say no?

Yeah you can say I'm a online info nut! Since my malibu doesnt have a lot of preformance stuff I spend a lot of time looking into info on my car and others that have the same engine parts. I was looking into spark plugs and came across this :

http://www.pulstarplug.com/tresults/05prius.html.

Does anyone know anything about these ( non-spark plugs) that are used like spark plugs? They are not cheap by a long shot- 25.00 wit out shipping. I know its not cheap buy there are sayin some intresting things. I was thinking buying them or the NGK
ixiridium plugs which are half the price but still not cheap. For me money well spent is better for me i drive a grip so if i can get what they claim and drive over 50k they might be worth it. They are sayin that they will pay for themselves in a year wit the money you save on gas. And gas is not cheap!! Blame the oil companies- they have upgrades to do and they are passin that price tag onto us. Yeah i know thats not true- ive been workin in a cali refinery for 2 years now as a contractor and they are droppin hundred millions to get work done. Also remember over 200+ products are made from oil and gas is a cheap one.

I have heard about them but I haven't heard from anyone who has used them

Just out of curiousity... is your malibu an N-Body, like my 1999 Cutlass? (pics in profile)

Don't waste your money. Unless of course you have a heavily modded probably boosted 06 Malibu SS.

My bad Rick- I have an 06 maxx lt, so its the newer body- well i think. I know its got s 3.5 liter V-6. Its the same one they use in the G6 cause my mom rolls one of them and her engine campartment is the same as mine except her air fliter box is smaller- Go fig that? Same motor from what i can see but i guess mine needs more air because of the weight.

WEll intresting thing John they suggest that if your car is modded that you use a colder spark. I'm not a gear head so i cant say why- think its something bout the amount of heat and stuff it generates under normal conditions.I was thinking of having engine work done on my maxx to get it closer in bore and stuff to a maxx cause the body is the same and i think the bore ,stroke and compression is a lil diff but not a lot. Bu then again I'm not as good with cars as you guys are thas why i ask nubbie questions- and get great info from you guys in the trenches!

Yeah i love my lil maxx wish it was a SS but then I dont need the tickets. Its got a good bit of torque and i like the power- Yeah I know all you SS guys are like yeah rite but one day rolling home from workin a hella long nite, I caught myself half sleep- cause it was 6am and I'm driving home from a 13 hr. day- doin 110 chillen and still not pushin it-woke the hell up when traffic- three cars got really closer then i was really far down the freeway! yeah lucky for me no po po and no my ass crashed and dead! I want more Hp 2 but does anyone know about putting a turbo on this family car?

Mass Effect is great. Gorgeous graphics and moderatley paced gameplay. ALOT of dialouge. Overall its a really good story. Plus you get a choice of banging a human chick or this other REALLY hot alien chick that looks like Drew Barrymore.

import tuner did a test on those plugs with a bone stock 350z and it made an extra 11hp and i think 10.8 torque. so yes they do work but i dont know what they would gain you in the malibu. give them a try.
as far as boosting it maybe try to get the manifolds from an old grand prix turbo i think 90-91 and see if they would fit, shouldnt be to much $. or just buy a used 3.8 supercharged newer like the L67 which came in the newer monte carlos and impalas or the L32 which came in the grand prix and bonneville i think and switch out the parts.
