Sure you can, with enough money. Would be cheaper to get the G85 then maybe trade someone for the seats.

From the dealership, G85 comes with both. You can't have one without the other. And to get the LSD aftermarket costs almost as much, if not more, than G85 from the factory. So get the seats! You'll love them.

its like $1000-$1500, basically requires rebuilding the tranny. might be a good thing to do on a separate tranny though and then do a swap (requires less car downtime)

i would look into doing it yourself, or get the g85 package, otherwise its going to be a pain in the bum. most of the tranny shops that i have dealt with dont do things right because they dont care.

GM wants around $3,000 for the LSD, Quaife wants $1,500. Both exclude install which people have been told around $500. Good luck finding an '05 with the G85. They didn't offer it until the last few months.

I looked at it from this point or points.

1. I paid $1500 extra for an LSD and got Recaro Buckets for free.
OR
2. I paid $1500 extra for Reacro Buckets and got an LSD for free.
OR
3. I paid $1500 extra for a two black patch laying monster with a softer nice and most welcome "hugging" side.

I prefer to look at 1 and 3 as my favorites.
