Questions about Ingalls ETD?

I installed my etd yesterday. I love it, its everything I had hoped and more BUT. When I go through a fairly sharp turn (turning left onto a street) it sounds/feels almost like the tire is rubbing on something, kinda like when you ride in a lifted truck where the tire rub on the fender only not as severe. Is anyone else getting this sound/vibration while turning. It doesn't effect my handling at all, it just vibrates and makes a little buzzing sound when I turn sharp. Any ideas what it could be?

I noticed nothing like this with mine and I know a couple of other guys who have the Ingalls with no problems.

I'm not saying its a "problem", I'm just wondering what the sound might be b/c it wasn't there before I put it on.

Did you use the metal washers that came the kit?
If yes, remove them, they weren't meant to be used.

I bought mine from a guy on the site, he didn't send the washers in the package.

So everything is tightened down?
Can tou see any signs of vibration wear on your mounting positions?

I have read in other threads that it could be the bracket is misaligned. try checking that.

The other thing is to check your body kit in the front wheel wells. I had mine kinda bend out and rub the tire while turning. If this is the case, just put a screw in it. That's what my dealer did.

I know for sure everything on the mounting bracket and stuff like that is perfectly alligned. I spent nearly an hour making numerous minute adjustments until it was exactly perfect. I don't see why/how my body kit could have gotten out of allignment.

The corners get hot and, for whatever reason, bends out at the corners. It's nothing big. It took me over a week of searching, and my parents ended noticing it when they were standing outside when I was leaving. Here is a pic and the thread that describes the fix.

I don't have that problem, I just checked all that stuff less than 20 minutes ago. I think it may just be the tread of the tires moving over the road. If you look at the pattern of our tires (except vendian) they have little ridges on the edge of the tread surface. I think it may just be the tread vibrating through the chassis, because after I put that thing on the ride is like 10 times stiffer (prolly cause I have the dampner set at 11 mm, 10 mm is the stiffest you can go)

No way! If it wasn't dark out right now, I'd change it down to 10! The stiffer the better!
