you have to get one from the dealer, no one makes an aftermarket one.

i have a 2.4 with an F23 (of course) this is the part number for my car.

the slave cylinder and throw out bearing on a cobalt is all one assembled part, so yes, it does.

okay so i have another question. I have two of these assemblies sitting in my garage, both are used with about 30k miles on them. would it be unwise to reuse these?

since the new one is about $80, i wouldn't reuse one.

Yeah, for $85, its not worth it to re-use a hydraulic part that has been opened up and left to sit. Especially considering the labor involved to change it back out if you do have a failure on a used one.
