Spec stage 2 or stage 2+?

I'm looking at getting a new clutch for my car and was wondering how much differance there is between the stage 2 and stage 2+? I will be using the oem flywheel and if anyone with ether of these 2 clutches could give me some feedback about them it would be very helpfull.

I got the Spec 2+ and I love it. It grabs hard, I have no slip issues what so ever with it.

plus will jsut be harder on your foot whne your driving through stop and go traffic but it will keep less stress on your clutch and youll have to be more precise when shifting gears if your girl is in the car so you dont throw her around

I would go for Stage 2+, better to do it right the first time, than risk having to re-install it later on.
