There's going to be an unmarked white van sitting outside your house for a week.

HMMM... my clutch is fine... almost 6000 miles of occasional abuse (ok a little more than occasional)... no slippage at all, still grips like new. what the hell are you guys doin to these poor cars..

SSCobalt~SSZ24 - If your car is stock and you are eating up clutches, is it possible that you are either riding the clutch or that you are slipping it too much when taking off? Another thing that will eat up the stock clutch is that if you do an aggressive 1-2 shift with the clutch already heated up, you will smoke it. Also, how are you breaking in the new clutch? It is critical to the life of the clutch that it be properly broken in. That is, for the first 500 - 700 miles, DO NOT get the clutch hot or drive the car aggressively. I took the stock clutch out of my car at 20,000 miles and it looked like new. The car had been driven aggressively.
