still problem with new clutch kit installed (pics)

well I changed my clutch and pressure plate and release bearing but the car still jerks when I reverse and sometimes in first gear, some pics of my old clutch and pressure plate, as you can see the clutch was good still but the pressure plate may have been bad which explains slippage. Anyone have an idea why the car jerks?
(I believe the previous owner changed the clutch and not the pressure plate)

This is the old pressure plate, (notice that little spring is stretched out to the max)

Better view of spring indicating bad pressure plate

New pressure plate with good spring indicating good pressure plate

Other side of pressure plate (looks weird I guess)

Old clutch, (still looks good)

Transmission on the ground

New pressure plate and clutch installed

**** just to get transmission out!!!!

bump..

B...U...M...P... big up my post!!

iv never removied the tranny from this car, but...what with all the trany fluid inside the bell housing? or is that break/clutch fluid from the release /throw out bearing.

when you say the car jerks in first and revers , you mean wheil moving correct, not when you first put the car into first or reverse?

when the tranny came out it got tilted so the tranny fluid leaked out, so we drained it out and put new fluid, also cleaned inside with degreaser before putting it back in...

yes, I put the car in reverse and start to drive off and at a certain speed it will jerk... but if I speed up it will not jerk as much or not at all sometimes. and in first gear if it start to jerk and I speed it it will stop jerking completely..

I can't see the pictures here at work, because of the stupid filter I have to deal with, but, what of the flywheel? Was it replaced or resurfaced?

if i idle in first gear, it will jerk on me but its a soft jerk, not all crazy, my clutch doesn't slip or anything. holds real good actually. and its the stock clutch and i'm stage 2... and it did it when i was stock also. what kind of jerky motion is it? and i cant conur with you fully because in reverse it goes fine

it gets pretty bad.... I think I have tranny prob... becaue sometimes after I park and try to go in reverse it's hard to get it in gear.. normally I have to go back in neutral rev the engine just barely and then it will go into reverse easy...

im not sure about the jerking, my car dose that, but i dont think its the tranny.

as far as the hard to get into gear, that sounds like a air in the clutch line problem,or a clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder problem, if the system has been bleead and the slave cylinder/throw out mechanism has been replaced then that leaves the clutch master cylinder. but thats just a guess on my part.

iv been unhappy with the feel of this clutch from day one,and its lack of adjustable is ubar annoying , im looking into some kind of aftermarket replacement. id like my clutch to start to engage right as it comes off the floor.

well that doesn't sound too good... does that take away from performance?? would that lead to slippage ? if not I'll just drive the car like that...
