Tranny noises?
So I put the LSJ trans in my car, everythig went fine, but when cruising low rpms such as 2nd, 3rd gear maybe 40-45mph, and I let off the gas, you hear a loud click or knock, and you feel something jerk in the car,
Now could this be related to the internals of the tranny? Or just somethig not tightened up good enough? I'm thinking of ordering the zzp rotated trans mount to see if that changes anything.
Anyone got input? Thanks a lot!'

Buddy had similar symptoms and it was from the mechanic that he had put it in not putting all the bolts back in and tight to specs.
I would check that first.
Other parts that make noise when off the gas could be the carrier bearing, but that is normally a whine not a clunk.

Yeah I went under there myself and made sure I tightened everything, it was all tight as far as I can tell.. Might bring it somewhere with Powertools and har them check it....
Sometimes when going in first it feels like when you have a automatic car parked on a hill and clunks when putting it into drive... Could this be internally related? Anyone ever get this ?

Is it when going in 1st or when letting out on the clutch in 1st? If its while letting out on the clutch its most likely your mounts. If its just when putting it into gear, I'd buy a quart of trans oil from the dealer and try to see if it will take any more in the top plug on the drivers side as maybe you lost some? If that doesn't work then I'd say your trans is going, maybe input shaft.

Well if I put it in 1st or reverse, and engage/disengage the clutch, you an feel the moor/trans jerk hard, it's loud and moved the whole motor.. Same then when cruising low tons and let off and give gas again, a hard jerk with a clank.. Just put a zzp Solidfront mount in..isn't change anything. anyone got input?

I better check mine because my car makes a clunk noise but only when I disangage the clutch in reverse.......but I think it might be my trans mounts....have to check though

Wht mind did when it was bad was web I would be cruising in any gear and let off the throttle, it would jerk and you would hear a loud clank. Or if it was in first and disengage the clutch you would hear a loud clank and the whole car would jerk. And you could see the wheel move. Sucked.
