trans problem with shifting

First off i have not beat on the car in a month (O2 issue), so im stumped. On Thursday i got in my car to leave work and the shifter was loose, so i drove another mile and couldnt get it into any gear. the gears seem far, like the shifter cant reach them. if i play with the gear for awhile i can barley engage it. any ideas?

Did you check the cable clamp? Its under the bottom of the sfifter. Pop your boot off and look in there. The console cover comes off easily for a better look.
