exactly they slide forward and back and untill they feel right, best way is too put it in fourth gear and adjust it from their.

alrite i know whats wrong...the pivot cup is no good its all cracked and everything so i need a new pivot cup, i called the dealer and they say i gotta buy a whole new shift assembly for 212!! im not gonna pay that. i found a shift assembly from a 2.0 on ebay would that work in the 2.2 or no?

i really don't think so because they are different shifters and different transmission

When I first installed my twm shifter I ended up with 2 o-rings not in the shifter and it wass crazy loose. When I put the o-rings back in it felt perfect.
