TWM Shifter problem

I just installed my twm shifter on my 06 LS and its great. the only issue i have is the positioning of the shifter now. I know it is suppose to be set forward more due to the stick being straight but it also sits to the right. when its in neutral it kinda points to the passenger side rather than being straight up in the center. kinda pisses me off.
does anyone else have this problem with thier TWM?

Mine seems fine, when it is in neutral it seems to be in the center of the boot and console, no problems here or that I have noticed
